This policy describes how your personal data is collected and processed when you use intershopready.com, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller

Data collected
The site does not run on a database: your data is only collected when you fill in a form, then sent by email to our team.
- Demo request form: first name, last name, work email, company (optional), project context, requested implementations and your consent.
- Meeting request form: first name, last name, work email, company, phone (optional), message and your consent.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, via server logs and cookies (see the cookie policy).
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your demo request and sending you the access links - legal basis: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest.
- Responding to your meeting or contact request - legal basis: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest.
- Contacting you about your Intershop project, with your agreement - legal basis: consent.
- Measuring audience to improve the site - legal basis: consent (analytics cookies, off by default).
- Ensuring the security and proper operation of the service (anti-spam, logs) - legal basis: legitimate interest.
Retention period
Data submitted through a form is kept for up to 3 years from our last contact, then deleted. Server technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. The demo-access cookie expires automatically after 30 minutes.
Recipients and hosting
Your data is sent by email to the internal SOZEN teams in charge of the relationship. It is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
The only technical subprocessors are our host OVH (server located in France) and our email delivery service. Your data is hosted in the European Union and is not transferred outside the EU.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access, rectification and erasure of your data.
- Right to restriction of and objection to processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time and to give instructions regarding your data after your death.
